You can book a 30-60 minute webinar, and if you add it on to your exhibitor registration, it is US$ 500 (half the regular cost of US$ 1,000). We promote the webinar on SchoolFinder.com, on social, and through a series of targeted email campaigns to students. We provide the webinar platform (Microsoft Teams), and a custom registration form. You decide on the date and time. We provide support during the webinar, reporting after the webinar and we send you the student leads who have opted-in to be contacted. Your video will be recorded and posted online.
TORONTO, ON – July 1, 2022 – The SchoolFinder Group (SFG) is announcing its acquisition of Recruit in Canada (RIC) and its Study and Go Abroad education fairs today. The RIC business will be integrated with the SFG operations as of July 1, 2022. There will be no changes to the fair schedule this fall or next spring. Fair exhibitors and student attendees can expect the same level of service, led by Katie Idle, who is staying on. For current SFG clients, this will be an opportunity to exhibit at one of the upcoming five in-person education fairs in Fall 2022. More details will be shared soon.
“We have been collaborating with the SchoolFinder Group for many years. The services provided by both our two businesses are very complementary, and this acquisition is almost a natural evolution of the business,” said Anita Kuehnel, Director, Recruit in Canada.
“Integrating Recruit in Canada into the SchoolFinder Group provides a full suite of solutions to colleges and universities; from digital marketing and lead generation to education fairs with in-person and virtual touch points. The Study and Go Abroad fairs will provide an opportunity to help more students find the right school,” said Chris Wilkins, Founder & CEO, The SchoolFinder Group.
About Recruit in Canada:
Study and Go Abroad Fairs are Canada’s largest international university fairs, aimed at students and adults who are researching their options for post-secondary studies overseas, as well as opportunities for volunteering, internships and work abroad programs. Organized by Recruit in Canada, the events have been held in-person in cities across Canada since 1993.
About The SchoolFinder Group:
Our mission is to make the world a better place by helping students find schools, scholarships and careers. Through three websites — SchoolFinder, ScholarshipsCanada, and StudyinCanada — we provide students with the resources and tools needed to succeed in their educational journey. The SchoolFinder Group offers a suite of solutions designed to help schools and organizations reach over 1.3 million students. These tools include: digital marketing, qualified lead generation, drip email marketing, events and fairs, ezRecruit CRM, and consulting. Working with hundreds of schools and organizations worldwide over the last 20 years, we have a wealth of experience and expertise.

During this unpredictable time, with the world coping with the pandemic crisis, we at Recruit in Canada are also taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team and our partners.
We have introduced a new event – the Virtual Education Fair, to take place May 21st – so that our esteemed partners can continue to reach out to prospective students from afar. This event is not limited to engaging students in Canada, as we are working with partners to also reach as many markets as possible.
Our regular Fall 2020 expo is currently still scheduled to take place; the event venues were booked a year in advance, and our contracts remain in place. Should either party (we as the event organizers or the event venue) need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will advise our exhibitors well in advance and provide any refunds as set out in our terms and conditions.
We stand by to continue being a platform from which to reach students, across Canada in particular, with our many digital promotion options. Please contact us any time for details on how we can assist you in keeping visibility in this market.
From the entire team at Recruit in Canada, we wish you and your families good health and well-being.
