You will be allocated a virtual booth, which is fully customizable. You can choose the design, an attendant, and upload your logo, a banner and poster to ensure students see your branding.
Share information with students:
Within your virtual booth, you can upload brochures, a video, an organizational profile, scholarship info, and social media contacts to give students as much information as possible.
Connect with students by text and video chat
Connect with students in a public chat, or one-on-one in private chats. Chats can be text-based or video chat. Each booth has 10 chatlines, so more than one person from your institution can be online at any time
Follow up with visitors to your booth after the fair
Download contact details for visitors to your booth after the fair, so that you can follow up with them individually.
Extensive promotion/exposure for your institution
Your profile, weblink and logo will be posted on our student website
www.studyandgoabroad.com a few weeks before and after the fair, giving you additional exposure in and around the event. We will also be posting on our social media channels for each exhibitor leading up to the fair, reaching your target market multiple times on our many channels.
Reach students after the fair has ended:
After the virtual fair has closed, your booth will continue to be accessible to visitors for an additional two weeks, allowing them additional time to download brochures, watch videos and view your information.
Host unlimited webinars in your booth, using your own webinar platform. Add a link, a description, a photo of the presenter and a time. Webinars can be pre-recorded or live – it’s up to you. Webinars will appear on the webinar schedule, and we will also promote them on our student website www.studyandgoabroad.com. Record your webinar and send us a link, and we will post it on our site for one month.
