EVENT BAGS

Recruit in Canada to supply

Are you looking for extra exposure at the fair? Event bags are distributed at the registration desks to visitors in all cities, and are a great way to increase your brand recognition. Only one sponsor per event circuit. As the sponsor of the event bag, you will receive the following:

  • Exclusivity as event bag sponsor for the event in all cities
  • Company name/logo on the event bag
  • Sponsor recognition in the fair guide
  • Logo on sponsor page on www.studyandgoabroad.com with a click through to your website

Commitment:
USD 6,000 for Fall 2019 (four cities)

EVENT BAG INSERT

Ensure that all visitors receive information on your university or organization by including a flyer or small brochure in every event bag. Materials should be no more than 8.5 x 11” in size and 8 pages maximum.

Commitment:

FALL 2019
USD 500  per city or  USD 1,800 for four cities for exhibitors
USD 850  per city or  USD 3,060 for four cities for non-exhibitors

By choosing this option, you will receive recognition and exposure on our
marketing materials and our website. All fair visitors will be entered in a prize draw for an iPad:

  • Logo on the Grand Prize Draw page on www.studyandgoabroad.com with a click through to your website
  • Sponsor recognition in the fair guide
  • Recognition as the prize donor in the flyers/posters to be distributed through high schools and universities
  • Recognition as prize donor in emails to visitors who have pre-registered

WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA PACKAGES

Grab students’ attention before the fairs by taking out a homepage feature article or a web banner on www. studyandgoabroad.com, our comprehensive, year-round site highlighting study opportunities abroad, as well as gap year and other experiential travel. Our extensive marketing and advertising campaigns drive high levels of traffic to the site, peaking about six weeks before the fair circuits. SOCIAL MEDIA

Reach students on social media by taking out a social media package or combine a web package with social media. We have a year-round, active presence on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, Google+ and Twitter.

MAILSHOTS and NEWSLETTERS

Brand a mailshot to reach our extensive database of 30,000 students, parents and educators, to ensure that they know about your organization and programs. Or, feature in one of our quarterly newsletters to reach over 10,000 active subscribers – millennials looking for post-secondary travels and/or experiential learning experiences. Newsletters are sent out in February, May, September and December.
